Athletic Training has its foundations in human movement and the way I break it down is; if you can maintain and improve athletic capabilities, the following will happen:

Athletic training is inclusive, so it is not a single training modality or concept but it is the combination of many to create this complete approach that improves your strength, muscle tone, endurance, mobility & power. The process looks different based on the individual's starting point and goals, but all elements are included and suitable to everyone.
Together with the training, my coaching will also include guidance and solutions when it comes to your nutrition, supplementation, recovery & lifestyle. The sum of all parts are always at play when bettering one's health & performance.

ABOUT ME
Movement, training & athletic performance has always been a central part of my life. My training philosophy is rooted in feeling better, performing better and looking better. I think that is a triad that's quite hard to argue against. Training, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors are parts of the puzzle that we map out together so you can achieve your goals of well-being for now and the future. I look at people through a holistic lens where the sum of the parts is more important than each separate part. The work starts with a consultation where we get an understanding of where you are today and how I can best help you!

In coaching, we work with different methods to create a more positive experience and perspective in how we view life's challenges, problems and obstacles. It can be anything from going through an injury, to trying to learn a new exercise. The mind has to work just as much as the body!
